These terms apply when you use rorasoft.com or any product made by Rorasoft LLP ("Rorasoft", "we"). A product may have additional terms; if they conflict with these, the product's terms apply to that product. By using our website or products, you agree to these terms.

Rorasoft LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in India. You can reach us at hello@rorasoft.com.
Accounts
Some products need an account. Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you sign up on behalf of an organisation, such as a clinic, you confirm you're allowed to agree to these terms for it.
Paid plans
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the product's pricing page, along with whether GST is included.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We'll remind you before an annual plan renews.
- If we change a price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our cancellation and refunds policy.
Using our products fairly
Don't use our website or products to:
- break any law, or store or share content you don't have the right to
- try to access accounts or data that aren't yours, or probe, scan or overload our systems
- send spam or malware, or resell a product without our written permission
We may suspend accounts that do, after warning you where that's reasonable.
Your data and content
What you put into a product stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the product to you. You can export it while your account is open and for 30 days after it closes. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Our work
The products, their design and code, and the Rorasoft name and marks belong to Rorasoft LLP. Using a product gives you the right to use it under these terms, not ownership of it.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep our products running and secure, but we can't promise they will never be interrupted or free of errors. We improve products over time and may change or retire features. If we close a paid product, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid period.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Rorasoft isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data you didn't back up. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that can't be excluded.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using a product and close your account at any time. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability, continue after the agreement ends.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking to us first, the courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change, and email account holders about significant changes before they take effect.
